| Hi Vurtne,
im playing a mage, too and i have a question to you. The question is how do you exactly fight against rogues?. I have the same specc like you but i have many difficulties with rogues. Can you give me some advices??? For example, if you use
DB or CoC???

| My approach to killing a SHS Rogue would be to simply outdps him. :p I can manage it with Icy Veins and Combustion up. Haven't been frost for months so I can't really tell you what to do as frost.  I'm always deep fire specs. |

wow. How do you manage to survive as fire? Im really interested in speccing elemental but im not sure how to play it. |

honestly, its easier to fight a rogue 1v1 as deep fire  |

I agree, i kinda cheat tho....on my mage (66atm) vs lvl 70 rogues when they use clos i tend to rockethelm them and bandage seeing as im a lower lvl then get range and start DPS again iv noticed 9/10 rogues will pop ShS then as they NEED to get close, so i just blink and carry on DPS |

| | Deadly throw making mage even more spamable instants can be a problem, using rank 1 frostbolt alot can cause you to get a cast off, as well as the oppenent using deadly throw, resulting in you being able to do some nice damage. |

Just respecced today. Havent really played it before. Its pretty fun in bgs. Have to test a couple of duels to see how that works out. As you said you go really fast oom... But its worth it. |

Imo? yeah you are... way too wrong... as fire I've beaten s3 geared rogues while I don't even have 5/5 of s1.... deep fire (DB) is great specc and if you know how to use your abilities you ain't dying easily... fire all the way imo |

When all rogues respecd to shadowstep after HARP nerf and cheat death was 100% proc chance i lost to almost every fucking rogue thought there was no possible way of beating a decent rogue because it was just so in their favour. But i dueld so many diff rogues every day that you just get used to it and find your own tactic. Now i don't even use pet to beat rogues or even s3, i wear 60 warlord just to improve my playstyle. I mean thers no diff in gear if u fuck up ur tactic ur pretty much dead in any type of gear but in warlord u die much faster. |
