| Hello dudes,
I you ever thought about that:
When the new badge rewards came out, ice barrier is allmost useless in arena as mage/rogue combo ? :S
unless you got full s3 ofc. Hunter shoot like allmost 1000 dmg with a normal white damage shot with the new badge rewards, you die so freaking fast. 1k damage is done by every calss in 1 sec. In old style s1 mage/rogue were awsome CC, but now you can freaking not CC and nuke other player before they get healing or you are dead in high rated matches, unless you got full s3. I can't even think about when s4 is realesed.
Do you think there's other usefull or fun specs a mage can actully use in the high rated matches?
I'm gonna try this for fun, but dont think it's usefull

| Ok I could totally flame this post because its completely false...but I'll be nice for once.
Ice barrier is fine...utilize your mana shield, fire / frost wards, and ice block and you'll be ok.
Mage / Rogue is viable, just get some decent gear (you don't need s3 to start...) |

they changed it so you cant link as the first rank to stop keyloggers so just put a offical wow link an redirect it to a keylogger aka www.warcraftmovies.com |

| oK, I just tried the spec i linked 23 arc/38 fire with a PVE shadow specced priest.
I got 10,1k HP and him like 9k.. (he got some blues, and so do i) We just killed FULL vegefull Warrior (shoulders too + wep) and FULL Merciless druid... And so many other combo's ... I just can't w8 to try this combo when hes PvP shadow with silence and stuff  |

| I think 565 mana for a 1xxx shield is pretty nice, especially compared to mana shield.
It's the hunters arcane shot which screws ice barrier over. It dispels your ice barrier first and then does damage. |

Well everything is nice compared to manashield...
It's totally useless since the "buff-nerf" in 2.4 -.-
Absorbs MORE dmg (influenced by your spelldmg) but it also drains you MORE mana -.- |

| | Mana shield is pure shit, gz MS crits you for 2k+ and you lost all your mana, Ice Barrier is fine it's very nice even. So what if people hit 1k? Better 1k on a shield than 1k direct hit. |

Nono, it's just, the new hunter bow and fist weapons are sooo easy to get, ofc ice barrier is fine, but it is getting "nerfed, and nerfed" every time blizzard makes some hosed "hi im a noob but i get BT gear" badge rewards |

| | Ice barrier takes more than 1k damage. Like it has been said before, it's better than mana shield which drains all your mana, and it may be compared to additional HP imo. Ice barrier is really usefull and I'm not going to change my 17/0/44 for anything else, even if I like other spec too. |
