No he cant. Well not the way u mean.
He presses CS when he hears the Feldom Sound, so basicly anyone with good hearing can do it. |
no idea how noone does it but i've done it a couple o times couse I saw the big bar pop in the middle of me screen (and no i don't have warlocks on focus all the time lol) |

I play with music almost all the time and very low game sound so I don't even attempt to listen for anything.
I basically wait for the animation for death coil / pyro / PoM and I ice block in time from that (sometimes lol). |
