| Been a month since I've posted anything new, so here's a picture I got taken today at the gym before I started working out. I have some scars on the middle of my back from scratching some bug bites. Annoying as hell.

I feel I've had more progress on the back than other parts. |

Vaken, great progress. Sometimes i really too busy to check up on these forums but i'm glad i found this. You seem motivated and definatly dedicated for the proper symmetry. Let me suggest something to you, move your thursday to monday. Focus hard on your quads and hams (this is going to give you your inner testosterone burst due to the much heavier lifting you will do with your legs compaired to say, your chest.) You might have to change your workout schedule, you would be hitting your biceps twice (wed / thurs) if you went the route of wed - bi / tri and thur - back. My mondays look like this (i do everything to fatigue) 3x? squat (405lb) (495lb) (585lb) 3x? calf raises (letting the quads and hams recover) (400x3) 3x? lunges (50lb dumbell) (70) (90) 3x? Leg Curls (70) (80) (90) 3x? Leg press (keep it light due to your muscle strain on everything previous, really this is just for my hams) (220) (240) (280) If you have any questions send me a PM. I dont check in that frequently but if you do have any questions i would love to help you get to your goal if i can. Thanks. |

Indeed. Legs are verry important in making you look more 'Nomral' Instead of looking like Jhonny Bravo and also to boost that good ol' testosterone. |

| I've been having a lously appetite in the last weeks, so my body fat % has gone down some. Not what I really wanted, since I'm trying to bulk at least a year more to begin with.
I've started drinking several shakes of protein and carbs, 3-4 times a day and eating this gainer-kindof chocolate bars. A good friend of mine recommended it, and it worked well for him when he had trouble eating big meals. I'm hoping it will get me through this period. With that said, here are some picture I got taken today.

I've also started doing more chest and leg/quad workout to boost my natural testosterone, thanks for the tip Memory and Physics Links are here if you can't see pics.
